This Stag Arms Model 8+ comes to us as a consignment sale and it’s a very nice example of one of Stag’s previous AR versions. This rifle is chambered in 5.56 NATO and has a 16 inch barrel with a 1:7 twist. Serial number is 283737.
The 8+ has the gas piston system and is an upgrade to prior direct impingement systems. It also has a collapsible stock, forward bolt assist, dust cover, a Picatinny rail above the receiver and a Picatinny accessory rail underneath the front sight. Flip up Diamondhead sights are mounted front and rear with the rear sight having two different apperatures.
The receiver and stock are in Near Mint condition. The barrel is in Excellent condition and shows only the lightest of storage marks. We’d grade the entire rifle as Near Mint.
Our owner is the second owner of the rifle and tells us that he has not fired it since purchase. If the original owner used the rifle at all, it would be very, very little as the bore and barrel are clean and minty.
Overall, this is a very nice rifle, in Near Mint condition and the owner has it priced to sell. If you’re a fan of the Stag Arms platform, this would be an excellent AR to add to your collection.
