The M1A Scout Squad rifle is 100% M1A, but with the 6-groove 1:11" twist carbon steel barrel trimmed back to 18". Featuring military aperture sights with 1-MOA adjustments and a rugged black composite stock, this compact rifle runs great on the hunt, from a vehicle, or around the farm.

18" Barrel - The 18" 1:11"-twist barrel was specifically designed to offer superb accuracy in a portable package.

Forward Scout-Style Picatinny Rail - A forward scout-style Picatinny rail accepts the kind of both-eyes-open long-eye-relief optics that maximize the performance of this platform.

2-Stage NM Tuned Trigger - The classic Springfield Armory® match-grade two-stage trigger offers accuracy potential well beyond what you might expect from a CQB gun.
