Why use 30 Super Carry ammo?  From a ballistics standpoint, it runs right with 9mm BUT with 10-20% less recoil.  Most importantly, however, it's a narrower cartridge and that allows more rounds of 30 Super Carry to fit in magazines of the same size.  For example, the 9mm M&P EZ will fit 8 rounds of ammunition.  This 30 Super Carry M&P EZ gives you a 10 + 1 capacity.
