This consignment pistol comes from one of our regular customers that has consigned a number of very nice guns. He reports this pistol and new, never fired and we can't dispute that other than seeing evidence of the normal test fire done originally at the factory. We don't test fire our consignment guns but we do perform all function checks and we find no issues with this pistol. The M&P 40 Shield for sale is from the M&P 1 series by Smith & Wesson. SKU for this model is 10034. It has a 3.125" barrel, is chambered in 40S&W, has a capacity of 7+1 and comes with all of the original items that were in the box when it left the factory. In addition to the pistol, you'll have the original box, (1) 7 round Smith & Wesson magazine, (1) 6 round Smith & Wesson magazine, manual, lock, original storage bag and empty chamber indicator.
