This Sig P239 pistol is a Law Enforcement trade-in and is chambered in .40 S&W. We've field stripped and cleaned the pistol but have not fired it.  Function check is correct, spring is very strong and the single action trigger is light and crisp as you’d expect from Sig, decocker functions correctly.  The double action trigger is as expected.  These LE trade-ins have been incredibly popular with our customers, and for good reason.  They’re well-maintained, in great shape and represent a great bargain.

3 dot night sights are installed and function but are dim.  Frame is of German manufacture.

The slide and frame do not show noticeable holster wear.  There is some finish wear on the barrel lug which is normal for this model.  The camouflage grips may not be the ones that came out of the factory but they are in like new condition.  The bore is clean, the barrel is very bright and the rifling is strong.  We don’t really even see finish loss at the decocker lever, which would normally be expected.  We really had to nit-pick to come up with flaws on this one but we note one pin-prick sized loss of finish in front of the takedown lever, one pencil lead-sized dot underneath the muzzle, one pin prick-sized dot at the left forward edge of the trigger guard and minor wear on the rear of the trigger.  Otherwise, the slide and frame are in like new condition.  We’d rate this model as excellent plus and it’s a great example of a P239 that appears to have seen very little use.  Please review all photos to examine the condition for yourself.
