This Like New Ruger M77 is part of a large collection of firearms that we have been selling on consignment for quite a while now.  Many of the firearms in this collection have been absolutely pristine and this rifle is another one of them.

Our Ruger M77 is chambered in the flat-shooting, multi-purpose .25-06 Remington, a great caliber that allows you to really reach out to long distances.  Serial number is 74-88946.  The original owner (our customer's grandfather) purchased this rifle new in 1980.  It looks today like it probably did on the day that he picked it up.

It has a 24 inch barrel, no sights and integral scope bases.  The scope rings are included in the purchase.  Metal finish is a beautiful blued, the stock is a checkered walnut and the Ruger red rubber buttpad helps absorb recoil.  A black cap with Ruger medallion in on the cap of the pistol grip.  The five round magazine is of the hinged floorplate variety.  Safety is mounted at the top of the tang.

The bore is minty and the barrel and rifling look like new.  The bolt action is smooth and the trigger is crisp with no takeup.  The crown of the muzzle is perfect with no nicks.  The very attractive walnut stock in Near Mint.  The blued metal finish is Like New.  The Ruger buttpad is Like New as well.

We can't swear that this has never been fired but the original plastic tag hanger is still on the trigger guard.  The entire rifle is just pristine looking as deserves to be graded as Like New.  If you like the M77 rifle (we do) and you're a fan of the .25-06 Remington round, don't pass this one by until you've taken a good look at this rifle.  We think that you'll agree that it's pristine and a rare find in this condition.

This is a consignment sale and, like all of our consignments, we have not test fired this rifle.  We have performed all function checks and find no issues.  As with all pre-owned firearm purchases, please review the photos carefully so that you are fully comfortable with the condition of the rifle.
