This beautiful New Model Blackhawk comes to us as a consignment sale.  It’s chambered in 357 Mag, has a 6 shot cylinder and 6.5” barrel.  The revolver is single action only.  Serial number is 33-85004.  Ruger reports that this revolver was manufactured in 1977.

The rear sight is adjustable and the front sight is fixed.  The action is smooth and the lockup is tight.  Trigger pull is light and pleasant.  It has a good bore, bright barrel and good rifling.

The grips are a bonded ivory and are from Altamont Co.  They are in Excellent condition and are very attractive.

The cylinder has a slight wear ring as is shown in the pictures.  The blued metal finish is in mostly Very Good condition otherwise.  There is slight finish loss at the muzzle on the left side of the barrel and a couple of very small spots of finish loss just to the rear of the cylinder.

A leather gun belt and holster are also included in the purchase.  The holster has a retention loop for the revolver and a leg tie-down.  The holster and belt are in Very Good condition.

Overall, this is an Excellent example of a vintage Ruger Blackhawk.  Whether you’re into Cowboy Action Shooting or just want an attractive single action revolver, this one would be a great addition to your collection!

Purchase includes the revolver as shown, leather gun belt and holster.  If picking up from us, the ammo shown in the belt will be included.  If the firearm is shipping to a dealer closer to you, it will not ship with the ammo.

This is a consignment sale and, like all of our consignments, we have not test fired this revolver.  We have performed our function checks and find no issues to report.  As with all pre-owned firearm purchases, please review the photos carefully so that you are fully comfortable with the condition of the revolver.

Determined at checkout.
