We can't say for certain if this pistol has been fired before or not.  If it has, we'd suspect that no more than one magazine made its way through the gun.  This is a TSRA (Texas State Rifle Association) commemorative model with "TSRA" imprinted on the top of the barrel lug and was manufactured in 2009.  it's chambered in 380ACP, has a 2.75" barrel and a magazine capacity of 6+1.  Model number is 3701.

We find the entire pistol to be like new with no marks or flaws so we haven't listed our normal part-by-part analysis.  In short, although we've listed this as "used", the gun looks the same as if it just came out of the box for the first time.  In reality, you're getting a new commemorative model pistol at less than you'd pay for a factory new standard model.

Comes with pistol, original box, (1) 6 round Ruger magazine, (1) Ruger-brand zippered, padded soft case and manual.

We do not test fire any of our consignment guns but we have performed a function check on this pistol and, as expected, there are no issues.  As with any firearm purchase, please review all of the photos carefully so that you are fully comfortable with the condition.
