This Rock Island VR80 semi-automatic 12 gauge comes to us as a consignment sale. The owner states that he has owned it for approximately two years. It is very close to Like New condition. Serial number is R503750.
The VR80 is a very popular tactical style shotgun that is well-built but doesn’t have the price point of many semi-auto shotguns. It allows for a great deal of flexibility in terms of how you’d like to equip it. In short, you can deck this one out to match your individual style and needs.
The 3 inch chamber will safely handle either 2-3/4 inch shells or the larger 3 inch loads. The included magazine holds 5 shells but larger magazine options are easy to find as well. The AR style controls will feel comfortable to shooters of AR-15 style rifles.
The synthetic stock ends in a generous rubber recoil pad so that you can have as much fun at the range as your ammunition supply allows.
Flip up front and rear sights sit on the picatinny rail on top of the receiver and barrel. An NcStar optic is mounted and is included in your purchase. This optic is adjustable for either red, green or blue dots in addition to being adjustable for brightness. The dot functions normally.
The M-LOK style handguard and additional picatinny rails at the 3 and 9 o’clock position allow for attaching the accessories of your choice. The charging handle is located on the left side, the shell ejection port is on the right. A nylon sling is attached and included.
The bore and barrel are both in Mint condition. The entire shotgun is Near Mint with the exception of some light storage marks on the barrel shroud and pic rails. Overall, this is a very nice shotgun that will fit multiple roles. Use as you choose but have fun!
Purchase includes the shotgun, optic as shown, total of 3 chokes, (1) 5 round magazine and nylon sling.
This is a consignment sale and, like all of our consignments, we have not test fired this shotgun. We have performed our function checks and find no issues. As with all pre-owned firearm purchases, please review the photos carefully so that you are fully comfortable with the condition of the shotgun.
