This Remington 870 Police Magnum 12 Gauge is a Law Enforcement trade-in and has a 3 inch chamber.  We have inspected the shotgun and performed our function checks but have not fired it.  We find no issues on the function checks to report.  Serial number is B650785M.  See below regarding the lifetime guarantee.  Don't chance it on other used shotguns that aren't backed by this excellent added protection.

This Law Enforcement trade-in has a 20” barrel and is equipped with rifle sights.  The chamber will hold 2-3/4” or 3” shells.  It has an Improved Cylinder choke.  The metal finish is parkerized, the stock is a black synthetic and a Remington recoil bad sits at the end of the stock.  Front and rear sling swivel are attached.  The bore is clean and the barrel is bright.  Action is smooth. 

The metal finish does show some wear as you’ll see in the photos but we find no major flaws.  The synthetic stock also shows some with but with no major flaws either.  

Overall, this a very nice agency trade-in a configuration that we don’t see all the time.  Generally, these police shotguns spend a lot of time in the cruiser (as shown by the finish wear) but don’t typically see a lot of use.  There may be a few cosmetic blemishes but we see no mechanical issues.  If any mechanical issues come up during your lifetime of ownership, they are covered by the Davidson’s guarantee.  That should give you a degree of comfort to know that you won’t have to worry about any repairs after your purchase.  As with all pre-owned firearm purchases, please review all of the photos carefully so that you are thoroughly familiar with the condition of the shotgun.
