Colt

This consignment Colt Huntsman is an early model Huntsman chambered in 22LR.  This particular one is difficult to date as the serial number shows a 1942 manufacture of a Colt Woodsman.  Serial number on this Huntsman is 193974-C.  However, the Huntsman pistols were from 1955 - 1977.  The addition of the "-C" to the serial number may indicate that Colt recognized that they had produced duplicate serial numbers on similar pistols.

As with all of our consignment guns, we have not test-fired this pistol.  We have performed all function checks and find no issues to note.  As with all used guns, please review the pictures carefully so that you are comfortable with the condition of the pistol.

This Huntsman has a 6" barrel and fixed sights.  The walnut grips are in fair condition showing wear and signs of use.  There is some finish loss and the primary wear is at the bottom side of the grips.  The barrel is bright, the bore is good, the rifling is good and the trigger is crisp.

The barrel and frame do have some surface pitting and finish loss.  The primary area to note is on the left side of the barrel on the last two inches towards the muzzle.  There are no scratches and the cosmetic issues that we mentioned appear to be the only things to note.

This pistol also includes (3) 10 round magazines.
