This consignment pistol is a Charles Daly 10-45 CS, the smaller brother of the Charles Daly 10-45 FS. It's made in Israel by Bul and then imported by Charles Daly. Serial number on ours is DA00124.
The pistol operates by single action and double action and has a manual safety on the left side of the frame. White 3 dot sights sit atop the slide. The 3-5/8 inch barrel and the overall compact size of the frame make this one a good option for a 45 ACP concealed carry weapon.
The bore is clean and bright. The barrel is very bright and the rifling appears to be strong. The single action trigger has a slight take up to a firm wall and then a nice, easy break. Double action trigger pull is a standard feeling double action pull.
The grips are in Excellent condition and do not show signs of wear. The slide and frame are in Very Good condition with signs of normal use and handling but do not have any major defects.
Overall, this is a nice, inexpensive option for a well made Israeli pistol in the hard hitting 45 ACP caliber. If you're after a compact, concealable pistol with plenty of stopping power, take a good look at the photos and consider this one. It just may be the option that you were after.
