Baikal

Baikal is one of the world's largest manufacturers of firearms and also produces the famout Tokarev and Makarov pistols.  In general, Baikal has a reputation for producing low cost, high quality firearms.

This Baikal IZH43 side by side 12 gauge comes with 28 inch barrels, a bead front sight and a solid rib between the barrels.  It is a hammerless model with two triggers.  This model also features a checked stock and engrave receiver.

The wood is in excellent condition and has a very nice appearance.  The barrels are bright with the exterior having only spots of minor surface oxidation/pitting.  The primary spot is on the right barrel, near the muzzle.  The receiver is very good.  The Baikal buttpad is in very good condition.  Overall, we would rate this shotgun as very good and a nice side by side addition to your collection at a very reasonable price.

A soft case to protect your shotgun is included with purchase.

This is a consignment offering and, like all of our consignments, we have not test-fired the gun.  All function checks are as expected and we find no issues, other than the fact that the gun would benefit from normal lubrication.  As with all used firearms, please review the photos carefully so that you are comfortable with the condition of the gun.
