Another great looking rifle from one of our long-term customers that has brought a large number of high quality consignments to us. This ArmaLite AR-10 is truly in Near Mint condition. Serial number is US237908.
The rifle has an attached carry handle that contains a 2 position, adjustable rear sight. The front sight is an adjustable post protected by two wings. An A2 flash hider is at the end of the black 20 inch barrel. The finish on the barrel is Excellent with only a couple of very slight storage marks. The barrel is surrounded by a free float quad rail with the ability to hold plenty of whatever attachments that you'd like. A nylon sling is attached as well. The fixed buttstock has a hinged cleaning compartment in the rear.
The stock has no scratches and is Like New. The receiver finish is Like New as well. The bore is bright and shiny. The barrel and rifling appear to be in Mint condition. The trigger is firm with no take up and has a crisp break. Weight of the rifle and magazine is approximately 10lbs, 4 ounces.
Everything that we can see on this rifle indicates little, if any use. It's definitely an overall Near Mint rifle. The rifle feels great in your hands and we think that the 20 inch barrel with the very capable 7.62 NATO round allow you to reach out at long distances. If you're a fan of the AR-10 platform and have been looking for a long-distance, flat shooting rifle then take a good look at this model. This gives you a lot of knockdown power at short, intermediate and long range. The barrel is threaded if you'd prefer a muzzle brake to the flash hider. With this one, you've got a lot of possibilities.
